    Every candidate goes through our rigorous 5-step vetting process: application review, technical assessment, English proficiency testing, cultural fit interview, and reference checks. Only the top 15% make it into our talent pool. We also provide a 90-day replacement guarantee for all placements.

    Africa offers excellent timezone overlap with Europe (same or +1-3 hours) and reasonable overlap with US East Coast (5-6 hours). Most African developers are experienced with asynchronous work and overlap their hours with client teams. We match candidates whose availability aligns with your collaboration needs.

    We handle all the complexity. For permanent placements, you pay our placement fee and then pay the developer directly (we can advise on payment methods). For staff augmentation, you pay us a monthly rate that covers the developer's compensation, benefits, and our management fee.

    We offer a 90-day replacement guarantee. If the placement doesn't work out for any reason during this period, we'll find you a replacement candidate at no additional cost. We also provide regular check-ins during this period to address any issues early.

    Both options are available. Most of our clients engage African talent as contractors, which is simpler for remote international work. If you need to employ them directly, we can connect you with Employer of Record (EOR) partners who handle local employment compliance.

    All developers in our pool have signed our standard confidentiality agreements. We also facilitate client-specific NDAs and IP assignment agreements as part of the onboarding process. We can work with your legal team to ensure proper protections are in place.

    We verify that all candidates have reliable internet connections (minimum 20Mbps) and appropriate work setups. Many developers in major African tech hubs have backup power solutions and secondary internet connections. We can also facilitate equipment stipends if needed.
